Career Description
Registered Nurses (RNs) are advocates and educators of good health. As an RN, you will be in a position to provide direct patient care by helping physicians assess and treat patients, administer medications and instruct patients on steps to improve their health. You must be caring and sympathetic to patients’ needs. You must also be able to cope with human suffering. RNs are employed by hospitals, clinics, home healthcare agencies, nursing homes and community health agencies.
